aVOID ist ein leerer Raum auf den
ersten Blick: 9 m2 – ein unbestimmter Raum für Meditation und
persönliche Forschung, nach den
Prinzipien des Minimalismus. Der Innenraum ist so gestaltet, dass Möbel
wie ein Tisch, Stühle, ein Murphy–
Bett und alle persönlichen Gegenstände in der Dicke der Wände verborgen sind. Es gibt auch ein Badezimmer integriert. Der Designer – aus
Pesaro (Italien) – nutzt ihn als Büro,
Labor und Raum für den Austausch
im Ausland, um das Potenzial des
städtischen Nomadismus zu diskutieren. Das winzige Haus ist nicht nur
eines der ersten seiner Art in Italien,
sondern markiert auch eine neue
Typologie in der winzigen Hausbewegung: Das Reihenhaus. In der
Regel winzige Häuser haben Fenster
zu allen Seiten. AVOID öffnet sich
nur zu den Giebelenden und ermöglicht damit den Einsatz von
kleinen Häusern in einer Reihe, die
neue, vorübergehende Stadtplanungsstrategien setzt.

aVOID is an empty space at first
glance: 9 m2 – an indeterminate
room dedicated to meditation and
personal research, following the
principles of minimalism. The interior
is designed in a way that furnitures
like a table, chairs, a murphy bed
and all the personal belongings are
initially hidden in the thickness of the
walls. There is also a bathroom integrated. The designer – based in Pesaro (Italy) – uses it as an office, lab
and space for exchange in foreign
countries to discuss the potential of
urban nomadism. The tiny house is
not only one of the first of it’s kind in
Italy, but also marks a new typology
in the tiny house movement: The row
house. Usually tiny houses have
windows to all sides. aVOID only
opens to the gable ends and therefor
enables the use of tiny houses in a
row, which sets free new temporary
city planning strategies.
