Wie ich es mache 1. Öl und Filter wechseln. 2. Reset für den Ölwechsel. 3. Fahrzeug warm fahren. 4. Reinigen des DPF dauert ca. eine halbe Stunde. 5. Kalibrierung der Einspritzdüsen. 6. Fertig. Ich habe ein Kabel mit Schalter ins Auto gelegt so kann ich eine Verbindung mit dem Stift und minus an der Batterie herstellen und im Auto sitzen. Es wird in einigen Foren darauf hingewiesen das für den Test alle Türen geschlossen sein müssen. So starten Sie die DPF-Reinigung GANZ WICHTIG: Nur im Freien (5m frei hinter dem Auspuff) anwenden und bei offener Motorhaube. 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Motor warm ist (wichtig). Starten Sie den Motor. Verbinden Sie mit dem Kabel den Stift im roten Kreis mit Masse (Gehäuse). Drücken Sie das Gaspedal 2-mal voll durch und wieder ganz freigeben. Die Motordrehzahl erhöht sich auf ca. 2000 U/pM , wenn nicht einfach wiederholen Die Reinigung kann ca. 30 - 60 Minuten dauern. Wenn der Motor wieder in den Leerlauf geht entfernen Sie das Kabel. Motor vor dem Abschalten ca. 3 Minuten weiter laufen lassen. Zum Beenden der Reinigung drücken Sie die Kupplung nach unten, und legen Sie den 1 Gang ein. Reset des Steuergeräts nach der DPF Reinigung durchführen. 1. 2. 3. 4. Zündung auf on stellen, warten bis die meisten Lampen ausgehen. Verbinden Sie mit dem Kabel den Stift im roten Kreis mit Masse (Gehäuse). Drücken Sie das Gaspedal 2-mal voll durch und wieder ganz freigeben. Zündschalter in AUS-Stellung drehen. 5. Entfernen Sie das Kabel Reset des Steuergeräts nach einem Ölwechsel 1. Zündung auf on stellen, warten bis die meisten Lampen ausgehen. 2. Verbinden Sie mit dem Kabel den Stift im roten Kreis mit Masse (Gehäuse). 3. Drücken Sie das Gaspedal 5-mal voll durch und wieder ganz freigeben. 4. Die Vorglühkontrollleuchte blinkt 5-mal wenn das Zurücksetzen abgeschlossen ist. 5. Zündschalter in AUS-Stellung drehen. 6. Entfernen Sie das Kabel So kalibrieren Sie die Einspritzdüsen 1. Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Motor warm ist (wichtig). 2. Starten Sie den Motor. 3. Verbinden Sie mit dem Kabel innerhalb von 5 Sek. den Stift im roten Kreis mit Masse (Gehäuse). 4. Die Vorglühkontrollleuchte blinkt 5 Mal wenn die Kalibrierung abgeschlossen ist (< 3 min). ** 5. Wenn nicht gehe zu(2). ** Ich habe noch nicht gesehen dass die Vorglühkontrollleuchte 5 Mal blinkt aber ich warte ca. 4 min. bis er wieder frei wird. Die Kalibrierung der Einspritzdüsen kann etwas komplizierter sein und wenn es das erste Mal nicht richtig ist, keine Panik einfach nochmal versuchen. So setzen Sie die automatische Scheibenwischer Funktion 1. Zündung auf Stellung "off" (Aus) - Scheibenwischer auf OFF schalten. 2. Die Scheibenwischer auf die Stellung AUTO einstellen. 3. Den Zündschalter in die Position ON (Ein) innerhalb von 10 Sekunden, 5 mal den Scheibenwischerschalter, je 1 Sek. auf Auto und je 1 Sek. auf OFF schalten. 4. Die Scheibenwischer arbeiten einmal um die neue Registrierung zu Quittieren. Original in Englisch 1. Make sure the engine is warmed up (important). 2. Start the engine. 3. Connect the pin in the red circle to earth (chassis). 4. Press the accelerator to the floor and release 2 times. 5. The engine speed increases, if not got to (2). 6. This process can take up to 60 min and is very hard on the battery. 7. When the engine goes to idle remove the wire to chassis. 8. Let it run for 3 min before turning off. To stop the cleaning process press the clutch down and put into 1'st gear and hold until it idles or disconnect the wire. Let it run for 3 min before turning off. How to reset DPF after cleaning process 1. Ignition to position on. 2. Connect the pin in the red circle to earth (chassis). 3. Press the accelerator to the floor and release 2 times. 4. Ignition to position off. 5. Remove the wire between the connector and chassis. How to reset after an oil change 1. Ignition to position on. 2. Connect the pin in the red circle to earth (chassis). 3. Press the accelerator to the floor and realese 5 times. 4. The glow plug light flashes 5 times when resetting is complete. 5. Ignition to position off. 6. Remove the wire between the connector and chassis. How to calibrate the injectors 1. Make sure the engine is warmed up (important). 2. Start the engine. 3. Connect the pin in the red circle 5 times within 5 sec. to earth (chassis). 4. The glow plug light flashes 5 times when the calibration is finish (< 3 min). ** 5. If not got to (2). The injector calibration can be a bit tricky to get right the first time so don't panic just keep on trying. How to reset the auto wipers 1. Ignition to position off - wipers on OFF. 2. Turn wipers to AUTO position. 3. Turn ignition to position ON - Within 10 seconds - switch from AUTO to OFF 5 times - 1 second off 1 second auto. 4. The wipers will cycle once to register new initialization. I have made a wire with a switch so I can connect to the pin and minus on battery and sit in the car an do every thing. How I do it: 1. Change oil and oil filter. 2. Reset for oil change. 3. Warm up the car, take it for a drive. 4. Clean the DPF. takes about half an hour. 5. Calibrate the injectors. 6. Finish. ** I have not seen the glow plug flash 5 times but I wait until it goes to idle after about 4 min. These service tips should work on other models with 2.0 and 2.2 diesel engine you just have to find the 6 pole service plug. The best way to get full control of your Mazda is to buy the VCM With this you can do the same as the dealer. Remember to clean out the oil pick-up in the sump before it kills your engine This is what it looks like when it kills your engine. This is a nice new one. Thanks to Adam Marsh for the pictures and info. This happens when the oil gets polluted from bad diesel when cleaning the DPF. It can also happen if you use the wrong engine oil. Remember to check and clean it once in while. Change the crappy speakers I got my 6 with the cheap crappy loudspeakers and that it is torture so I changed the speakers to the Bass from a KAPPA 60.9 CS and a Panasonic tweeter EABST15. I made some fittings out of plywood for the 6,5" speaker so they would fit into the doors. The tweeter from the Kappa set was to big so I got the Panasonic instead this could easy be so it would fit into the place where Mazda had mounted the original tweeter. Tweeter from Panasonic EABST15 Infinity Kappa 60.9 CS 2 ohm, 90 watts RMS, 95dB Here you see the Kappa Bass mounted in the door. The sound is great and for small money with the original radio and no extra booster. The Infinity is a 2 ohm speaker and gives 95dB where a normal speaker only gives around 89 dB so that's double the sound level. So get more out of your radio and use Infinity. Crappy Rain Sensor I don't know what went wrong for the Engineers at Mazda when they developed the rain sensor system but I think they forgot to try it out in rainy weather that’s for sure. I have tried lots of things to get it working but with no god result. Then I stumbled over someone talking about "Rain X" and I bought some from e-bay. Now the damn thing works, that's spooky. So Mazda every time you sell a car with a rain sensor put in a bottle of "Rain X" so the costumer can get it working properly.
