Keime Ceftazidim Fortum i. v. 3x2g Indikation Stufe I Stufe II Stufe III Prophylaxe, nicht bedrohliche Infektion, kein Pseudomonasverdacht (nicht bei Endophthalmitis) bedrohliche, schwere Infektion (als Alternative für Stufe III, wenn gegen diese Kontraindikationen) Maximaltherapie (z. B. bei Endophthalmitis). Empfehlung gilt, wenn Erreger unbekannt. Bei nachgewiesenem Erreger gezielt therapieren. Für Dosierung keine Gewähr.
