The Space
This 2bedroom apartment has ample space to ensure you enjoy your holiday. With a large 30m2 sunny lounge, a
delightful long balcony and two sun soaked side terraces you have a view of the outdoor entertainment area set in
a garden with beautiful flowers and a variety of herbs - which you are more than welcome to use for cooking in the
fully equipped kitchen. The large double bedrooms boast 180×200cm beds to provide you with a comfortable
nights sleep.

The apartment is located in central Dalmatia in the lovely neighbourhood of BILICE just 4kms from Sibenik town
center.
Only 20kms away you will have a huge selection of watersports, shopping, clubs and popular Festivals. Four
beautiful National Nature Reserves are all within a 2hrs drive away, and only 5km away you will find our nearest
beach where fun exploring is possible on a small speed boat. The distance to the nearest airports are Trogir-Split
which is 46km and Zemunik -Zadar which is 73km. There is a bus station 1km and a train station 4km away, while
the Highway exit is 5km from the Apartment. All transport info is available upon request and we would be delighted
to assist you with transfers and pick ups

wonderful aspect of your Holiday here with us. There are plenty Contempary and Traditional Restaurants in many of
the nearby villages and City with such deliscious dishes on their menus that you might consider living here
permanently! The city of Sibenik is the only city center which is a beach! And this adds its unique, historical beauty.
Four National Nature Reserves, so many Lakes and Beaches to choose from and beautiful Islands to explore make
this an ideal Holiday destination. With enough time in advance we can also provide you with the opportunity to rent

Rental periods
Rental periods run from Saturday 5 pm to Saturday 10 am.
Minimum stay – one week. Any other arrangements subject to availability. Kindly contact us at any time for
inquiries and bookings. Long term rentals possible – special rates available for winter period.
To book
To secure a booking you would send a 30% deposit with the balance payable up to 4 weeks before your stay or paid
by cash upon arrival.
Security deposit
The security deposit against breakage or damage is 500 €, payable upon your arrival and returned on departure.
Cancellation policy
If you have to cancel, we will return deposit money (minus bank charges) provided if we find another booking for
your dates and if cancellation is 30 days before booking date. If there is no other booking for your period 30%
deposit will not be return and other 70% if you pay in advance will be transfer back. If you cancel 14 days or less to
your booking date NO 30% deposit or 70% remain will be returned.
Conditions
The house is children, pets, LGBT, bikers friendly, is suitable for people with limited mobility to. No firearms and
