Das AWEMA MULTI Konzept umfasst moderne, vollständig computergesteuerte und flexible One-Shot
Schokoladeformanlagen zur Produktion von gefüllten und massiven
Schokolade-Artikel mit der eigens
von AWEMA entwickelten Giesstechnologie. Formenwechsel sind
einfach durchzuführen und das
Umstellen auf einen anderen Artikel
ist äusserst einfach und schnell.

Optionen
Durch Ergänzung
einer Hohlkörperschleuder,

zusätzlich Hohl­
figuren in Topqualität hergestellt
werden.
Die Integrierung eines Schminkund Dekorierroboters, Typ ARTIST
erlaubt das automatische Schminken von Hohlfiguren oder Deko­
rieren von Pralinen sowie Gebäck
und Kuchen.
Steuerung
Die Steuerung erfolgt zentral
über ein Prozess-Leitsystem via
Touch-Screen Bedienpanel an der
Giessmaschine. AWEMA-Software
emöglicht die einfache Rezeptur­
verwaltung von sämtlichen Parametern wie Temperaturen, Taktzahlen,
Bandgeschwindigkeiten etc.
