How do I read the itemised journey list?
In addition to the toll statement, you can request an itemised journey list (Einzelfahrtennachweis), giving a detailed summary
of all invoiced journeys. This allows you to accurately trace the toll charges applied. Each information block on the itemised
journey list is identified by a figure, and these figures are explained, point by point, below.

If you receive an itemised journey list (Einzelfahrtennachweis) as a CSV file, and not as a hardcopy (paper) or PDF file, you will
find a sample CSV file here. A number is assigned to each of the information fields followed by an explanation of each point.

How do I read the itemised journey list?
„Firma Mustermann“ (Any company)
Your invoicing address may differ from your customer address. Please notify us,
if you would like to make any changes (e.g. if your address has changed). Use the
“Change Address and Services” form. You can download this from the Internet at
www.toll-collect.de, or request it by fax on: +49 180 1 222 628** (see toll statement, item 15: Cost of calls).
„Datum“ (Date)
This is the date on which your invoice was prepared.

„Benutzernummer“ (User number)
You are registered as a Toll Collect user. Please quote your user number on any correspondence or queries.
„Mautaufstellung Nr.“ (Toll statement number)
This is the number of the toll statement, to which the itemised journey list relates.
„Kfz-Kennz. / Datum / Start“ (Vehicle registration / Date / Start)
The vehicle registration and start time and date allow you to compare the information on the list with your own records.
„Buchungsnummer“ (Booking number)
The booking and partial journey (TF) numbers allow you to easily identify every
invoiced journey. You should always quote these numbers if you have any queries.
„Art“ (Type)
The type of booking provides information about whether the item is a toll charge, a
(partial) cancellation or a charge for a cancellation.

„Kostst.“ (Cost centre)
To allow you to assign individual journeys to your specified cost centres, your drivers are able to enter an individual code number in the On-Board Unit (or on the
Internet, in the case of manual booking). This number is shown here as the cost
centre.
„Tarifbezeichng.“ (Toll-rate designation)
The toll-rate designation includes all the necessary information required to determine the amount of the toll. The first five positions (VVVVV) identify the current
version of the toll-rate and route model. The remaining positions of the toll-rate
designation contain respectively: the location class (coded O), time class (Z), axle
class (A), weight class (G) and toll emissions class (S). The last 3 positions denote
the number of the relevant toll-road operator.
„Verf.“ (Method)
This column shows your chosen method of logging on to the toll.
km
This column shows the distance of the route driven, in kilometres. It is possible
for the distance shown here to differ from that indicated on the truck milometer,
because satellite-based toll collection is based on defined route segments and not
on actual kilometres travelled.

EUR
This column shows the toll charge due per (partial) journey in Euros.

„Summe für D XY 0101“ (Total for D XY 0101)
This figure is the toll charged for each individual truck.
„Auffahrt / über / Abfahrt“ (Entry / via / Exit)
The individual routes can be easily traced: this section shows the entry point, most
important points along the route and the exit point.
