Prinzipiell sollte sich Ihr Endgerät mit der Datenkarte automatisch beim für Sie günstigsten Partnernetz einwählen. Wir empfehlen dennoch, die Betreiberauswahl regelmäßig zu prüfen. Eine Liste der bevorzugten Partnernetze finden Sie auf www.datamobile.ag Kann ich mit der Datenkarte SMS versenden oder empfangen? Nein, das ist derzeit nicht möglich. Können mit Datenkarte-Produkten auch Telefongespräche geführt werden? Nein, für den Aufbau von Sprachtelefonie-Verbindungen können DatenkarteProdukte derzeit nicht genutzt werden. Data card products generally work with all devices and operating systems, provided they are intended for the operation of a SIM card or a mobile network. Please ensure that your device is compatible with the mobile phone standards in the respective country. How do I activate my SIM card? Your SIM card can be used immediately without activation. How do I access the Datamobile hotline from abroad? Just select the support hotline’s phone number listed on www.datamobile.ag. What should I do if I lose my SIM card? Please contact the hotline of Datamobile AG immediately and get the SIM card blocked to avoid misuse. In which network should I register? In principle, your device with the data card.business should automatically dial the best partner network for you. However, we recommend that you check the operator selection regularly. For a list of the preferred partner networks, visit www.datamobile.ag. Can I use the data card.business to send or receive SMS? No, this is currently not possible. Can phone calls be made with data card products? No, data card products cannot be used currently for voice telephony. However, Internet telephony (e.g. Skype) is possible. Auf der Rückseite der Scheckkarte befinden sich PIN-, PUK- und PUK2-Codes, die Sie zum Verwenden bzw. Freischalten des Gerätes nach einer Sperre brauchen. Bewahren Sie diese Codes daher sicher auf! Purchase the data card start package Carefully take out the SIM card from the chequecard and insert it into your mobile device as per the manufacturer‘s instructions. The PIN, PUK and PUK2 codes, which you need to use the device or to unlock the device after blocking, can be found on the back of the check card. So please keep these codes carefully!
