The German geography
Wenn wir Deutschland als ein Land verstehen wollen , müssen wir nicht seine
Geschichte lernen, sondern auch eine Landkarte anschauen.(语法很诡异啊，if
must,but also 后面必须倒装?)
If we want to understand Germany as
a land ,we must not
its history
，but also look at a map.
Die Geographie Deutschlands kann uns sehr viel sagen

The Geography of Germany can tell us a lot .
Deustschland liegt in der geographischen Mitte Europas, in dem Teil Europas,den
wir mitteleuropa nennen.
the middle of Europe geographically , the part of Europe ,
where we call the central Europe .
German lies in
Natürlich liegt nicht nur Deutschland in diesem Gebiet , sondern auch andere
Länder.
Naturally
not only Germany lies in that area,but also different countries.
Hier wohnen germanische, slawische,romanische und magyarische Völker.
Here inhabit German,slavicm,Roman, magyarische
people(what nation?)
Außer Rußland ist Deutschland der größte Staat Europas,nicht nur in
Bevölkerung ,sondern auch in Industrie und Bruttosoyialprodukt.
Besides Russia
Germany is the largest state of Europe, not only in population,
but also in industry and GNP .
Man kann verstehen,warum die Vereinigung Deutschlands
ganzen politik Europas steht.

Dieses Land, in dem die Deutschen wohnen ,ist kein fest
es fast keine natürliche Grenzen gibt.

places ,since there are almost no natural borders .（not so sure）
Wenn wir die Landkarte wieder anschauen,finden wir nur im Norden und im
Süden natürliche Grenzen.
If we look at the map again, we only find nature borders in the north and south.
Im Norden gibt es die Nord --und die Ostsee, im Süden die Bayrischen Alpen,den
Bodensee und den Rhein.
In north there are the north sea -and the Baltic sea
Bavasian Alps ,Lake Constance and the Rhein.

Nach Westen und Osten liegt Deutschland offen.
From west to east(in west and east?) lives German no barriers .(这个 no
barriers 很诡异）
Neun verschiedene Länder umgeben Deutchland:Dänemark, die
Niederlande,Beldien,Luxemburg, Frankreich, die Schweiz,
Österreich,die
Tschechrepublik und Polen.
Nine different countries surround Germany：
Denmark, Holland,Beldien ,Luxemburg,France ,Switzerland ,Austria, Czech
republic and Polen.
Es ist nicht schwer yu verstehn,warum dieses Land seit der Römerzeit inmitten
aller großen Konflikte steht, warum es ein Durchgangstand ist.
It is not hard to understand that why all kinds of conflicts are standing in
this land from Roman reigh
,(and )why (there are conflicts )all through the
country. （the first is about history ,the second is about geopraphic）
Die Grenzen im Osten und im Westen verschiben sich,wenn Deutschland oder seine
Nachbarländer versuchen,mehr Land oder lebensraum zu gewinnen.
Near east and west transferring each other(not so sure),Germany or neighbour
countries try to gain more land or living space .
Skandinavier vom Norden, Römer vom Süden, Slawen vom Osten, Romanen vom Westen
und Nomadenvöker aus dem Südosten,alle diese Völker spielen eine Rolle in der
Geschichte dieses Landes.
Scandinavian of north,Romer of south, Slawen in east, Romanen in western and
Nomaden people in southeast, all these people play a roll in
Germany this land .
