Was ist Rekombinantes Albumin? EmbryoGlue ist ein Produkt, das der Umgebung in der Gebärmutter sehr ähnelt. Es ist kein „Kleber” im herkömmlichen Sinn, aber es verhält sich wie ein „Kleber”, indem es die Wahrscheinlichkeit der Implantation (Einnistung) des Embryos in die Gebärmutter erhöht. EmbryoGlue® ist mit Kohlenhydraten und Aminosäuren angereichert, um den Embryo während des Transfers und der Implantation zu unterstützen. Es hat eine verhältnismäßig hohe Konzentration an Hyaluronsäure und enthält auch die sicherste Proteinquelle, die heute zur Verfügung steht, nämlich rekombinantes Albumin. Rekombinantes Albumin ist eine weiterer wichtiger Bestandteil in EmbryoGlue®. Im Gegensatz zu Albumin anderer Herkunft stammt es weder aus menschlichen noch aus tierischen Produkten. Damit wird ein hohen Maß an Sicherheit für die Mutter und das erwartete Kind erreicht und das Risiko von Infektionen praktisch eliminiert. ® Diffusion area Uterine secretion EmbryoGlue® Was ist Hyaluronsäure? Hyaluronsäure ist eine natürliche Substanz, die in allen Körpergeweben in großer Menge vorhanden ist. Der Gehalt an Hyaluronsäure im Uterus steigt während der Zeit der Implantation. Die Gebärmutterwand und der Embryo haben Rezeptoren für dieses Molekül. Es wird angenommen, dass sich die Hyaluronsäure in EmbryoGlue® wie eine Brücke zwischen dem Embryo und der Gebärmutterwand verhält, indem sie einen kleberähnlichen Effekt hat. Außerdem macht die höhere Konzentration an Hyaluronsäure die Lösung dickflüssiger, womit sie der Beschaffenheit der Flüssigkeiten in der Gebärmutter sehr ähnelt. Dadurch können sich Medium und Gebärmutterflüssigkeit besser mischen; man nimmt an, dass ein „Wegschwimmen” das Embryos dadurch weniger wahrscheinlich wird. Wer sollte EmbryoGlue® verwenden? Alle Patienten, die an einer IVF-Behandlung teilnehmen, können von EmbryoGlue® profitieren. Studien zeigen, dass bei Verwendung von EmbryoGlue® zusammen mit G-Series Kulturmedien die Implantationsrate bei Patienten mit verschiedenen Diagnosen steigt. EmbryoGlue® hat sich als besonders vorteilhaft bei Patienten über 35 Jahren, bei Patienten mit vorangegangener erfolgloser Implantation und bei Patienten mit unerklärbarer TAG 2 Unfruchtbarkeit TAG 1 gezeigt.
