schlecht liquorgängig: Amoxi nur in sehr hoher Dosierung, aber Clavulansäure praktisch nicht!
Clavulansäure und Amoxicillin werden unterschiedlich dialysiert.

Schwere Infektionen immer 2.2 g iv
empirische Tx Endokarditis 2.2 g alle 4 h
1 g alle 12h p.os nur bei Infekten der oberen/unteren Luftwege
