Alljährlich im Juni diskutieren Onkologen aus aller Welt auf dem Annual Meeting der American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) in Chicago den „State of the Art“ bei der Behandlung krebskranker Menschen. Kaum ein wissenschaftlicher Kongress hat so viel Einfluss auf die praktische Onkologie wie das ASCO-Jahrestreffen.
