Para todos los honorables Cónsules de la Comunidad Internacional de Países, en las
Embajadas Ubicadas en la Ciudad de México respetuosamente por este medio les pido a su
respectivos países asilo para mi familia y mi persona, por ser una víctima de la persecución
de un gobierno corrupto y todos sus supuestos Agentes Federales que supuestamente
preservan la paz y la ley, por medio de la presente Carta solicito que me ayuden a mí y a
mi familia y para encontrar un lugar donde se respeten la leyes y que las inversiones
realizadas por los individuos para producir los empleos sean respetadas también me
gustaría señalar que este país se encuentra al borde de una guerra civil contra el gobierno y
todas las instituciones corruptas que los representa y también quiero exponer mi caso, por
favor léanlo es muy importante para mí y para mi familia, y que si en última instancia es
sólo mi familia la que se puede salvar por favor ayúdenla con mucho gusto aceptare su
decisión, porque probablemente puede que sea asesinado por escribir esto.

against the government and all the corrupted institutions that represent them and also
I want to expose my case please read it is important for me and for my family which
in last instance I will be happy if it’s just my family the one I can save because I may
be Murdered for writing this.

der Verfolgung einer korrupten Regierung und alle seine annehmen, um sein Gesetz

Quisiera por este conducto citarle unos cuantos párrafos que encuentro interesante en
un libro que tal vez usted no ha leído, se llama la Constitución Política de los Estados
Unidos Mexicanos, me pareció pertinente antes de relatar mi caso por el cual me veo
forzado a pedir asilo a otras naciones, porque creo que usted o su gabinete y su brazo
armado en este caso sus fuerzas federales no lo han leído cuidadosamente o
simplemente no les importa total es solo un libro no??
By this meanings I would like to quote a couple of paragraphs that I found interesting
in a book that perhaps you may have not read, the book´s name it’s the Political
Constitution of the United States of Mexico, I felt pertinent before I expose my case
which its why I see myself force to ask for asylum to other nations, because I believe
that you, your councils and secretaries and your armed forces which in this case are
your federal forces haven´t read it carefully o they just don’t care at the end it’s just a
book isn’t it??

Artículo 5.- A ninguna persona podrá impedirse que se dedique a la profesión,
industria, comercio o trabajo que le acomode, siendo lícitos. El ejercicio de esta
libertad sólo podrá vedarse por determinación judicial, cuando se ataquen los derechos
de tercero, o por resolución gubernativa, dictada en los términos que marque la ley, cuando
se ofendan los derechos de la sociedad. Nadie puede ser privado del producto de su trabajo,
sino por resolución judicial.
5th Act.- No person may be prevented from engaging in the profession, industry,
trade or occupation of his choice, it is lawful. The exercise of this freedom can only be
forbidden by judicial order, or when the rights of third parties are attack, or by
administrative order, issued in the manner provided by law, when they hurt the rights of
society. No one shall be deprived of the fruits of his labor except by judicial decision.
5. Akt .- Keine Person zur Ausübung des Berufes, der Industrie, des Handels oder der
Besetzung seiner Wahl verhindert werden kann, ist es rechtens. Die Ausübung dieser
Freiheit kann nur durch richterliche Anordnung oder wenn verboten werden die
Rechte Dritter sind Angriff oder durch eine behördliche Anordnung, in der Art und Weise
durch das Gesetz, wenn sie die Rechte der Gesellschaft schaden geliefert hatte. Niemand
darf der Früchte seiner Arbeit nur durch gerichtliche Entscheidung entzogen werden.
Artículo 8.- Los funcionarios y empleados públicos respetarán el ejercicio del derecho
de petición, siempre que ésta se formule por escrito, de manera pacífica y respetuosa;
pero en materia política sólo podrán hacer uso de ese derecho los ciudadanos de la
República.
A toda petición deberá recaer un acuerdo escrito de la autoridad a quien se haya
dirigido, la cual tiene obligación de hacerlo conocer en breve término al peticionario.

Artículo 14.- A ninguna ley se dará efecto retroactivo en perjuicio de persona alguna.
Nadie podrá ser privado de la libertad o de sus propiedades,
posesiones o derechos, sino mediante juicio seguido ante los tribunales
previamente establecidos, en el que se cumplan las formalidades
esenciales del procedimiento y conforme a las Leyes expedidas con
anterioridad al hecho.
En los juicios del orden criminal queda prohibido imponer, por simple analogía, y
aun por mayoría de razón, pena alguna que no esté decretada por una ley exactamente
aplicable al delito que se trata.
En los juicios del orden civil, la sentencia definitiva deberá ser conforme a la letra o
a la interpretación jurídica de la ley, y a falta de ésta se fundará en los principios generales
del derecho.
14th Act.-
No law shall have retroactive effect to the detriment of any person.
No one shall be deprived of liberty or their property, possessions or
rights, trial by courts previously established in which the essential
formalities of procedure and under the Laws issued prior to the event.
In the criminal trial shall be imposed by mere analogy, and even by a majority of reason,
any punishment that is not decreed by a law exactly applicable to the crime in question.
In civil suits, the final decision must comply with the letter or the legal interpretation of the
law, and failing that will be based on the general principles of law.
14. Act .- Kein Gesetz gilt rückwirkend zum Nachteil einer Person.
Niemand darf die beraub Freiheit oder ihr Eigentum, Besitz oder Rechte,
der Gerichtsverhandlung von den Gerichten entzogen werden zuvor
eingerichtet, in denen die wesentlichen Förmlichkeiten des Verfahrens
und nach den Gesetzen ausgestellt vor dem Event.
Im Strafverfahren wird durch bloße Analogie verhängt werden, und sogar von einer
Mehrheit der Vernunft, jede Strafe, die nicht durch ein Gesetz genau für das Verbrechen in
Frage, wird verordnet.
In Zivilprozessen, die endgültige Entscheidung muss mit den Buchstaben oder die
rechtliche Auslegung der gesetzlichen Bestimmungen einhalten, andernfalls wird über die
allgemeinen Grundsätze der Rechtsstaatlichkeit beruhen
Artículo 16.- Nadie puede ser molestado en su persona, familia, domicilio,
papeles o posesiones, sino en virtud de mandamiento escrito de la
autoridad competente, que funde y motive la causa legal del
procedimiento.
Cualquier persona puede detener al indiciado en el momento en que esté
cometiendo un delito o inmediatamente después de haberlo cometido,
poniéndolo sin demora a disposición de la autoridad más cercana y ésta
con la misma prontitud, a la del Ministerio Público. Existirá un registro
inmediato de la detención.
Sólo en casos urgentes, cuando se trate de delito grave así calificado por
la ley y ante el riesgo fundado de que el indiciado pueda sustraerse a la acción
de la justicia, siempre y cuando no se pueda ocurrir ante la autoridad judicial
por razón de la hora, lugar o circunstancia, el Ministerio Público podrá, bajo
su responsabilidad, ordenar su detención, fundando y expresando los indicios
que motiven su proceder.
En casos de urgencia o flagrancia, el juez que reciba la consignación
del detenido deberá inmediatamente ratificar la detención o decretar la
libertad con las reservas de ley.
16th Act.- No one shall be molested in his person, family, home, papers or
possessions except by written order of the competent authority, which

16. Act .- Niemand darf belästigt in seiner Person, Familie, Haus, Papiere
oder Besitzungen außer durch eine schriftliche Anordnung der
zuständigen
Behörde,
die
motiviert
und
schmilzt
durch
verfahrensrechtliche Ursache belästigt werden.
Jede Person kann der Beschuldigte zum Zeitpunkt der Begehung einer Straftat
oder unmittelbar nach der Verhaftung begangen werden ihn unverzüglich an
die nächstgelegene Behörde und dies mit der gleichen umgehend an die
Staatsanwaltschaft. Es wird eine sofortige Aufnahme von der Verhaftung
werden.
Nur in dringenden Fällen, im Falle einer Straftat definiert und durch das
Gesetz und die fundierte Risiko, dass die beschuldigte Person kann der Justiz
zu entziehen, sofern sie nicht vor den Justizbehörden auftreten, da der
Zeitpunkt, Ort und Umstände, die strafrechtliche Verfolgung kann unter der
Verantwortung der Bestellung seiner Verhaftung unter Angabe, welche
Beweise seiner Handlungen aufgefordert.
In dringenden Fällen oder bei eklatant, der Richter, die Aneignung der
Häftling erhält unverzüglich bestätigen die Festnahme oder um die
Freilassung mit Vorurteilen.

Mi nombre es José Luis Fernández Jiménez, naci en la Ciudad de México el día 22 de Julio
de 1979, mi ocupación es empresario, filántropo y músico en mis tiempos libres, soy
pianista profesional pero únicamente toco como hobby, estudie finanzas y ahora estoy
estudiando derecho, hablo, escribo y leo al 100 % el Idioma Ingles, en un 80 % hablo
escribo y leo el Idioma Alemán, y en un 65 % hablo escribo y leo el Idioma Ruso, esto
debido a que mi esposa es de nacionalidad Ucraniana, me he convertido en experto en
generación de energías alternativas realizando estudios mediante los medios de
comunicación disponibles, enfocando mis esfuerzos en la generación de biodiesel a través
de agricultura especializada he estudiado y realizado experimentos en hidroponía y mi meta
es llevarla a un nivel de producción masiva para poder suplir tanto al mercado de alimentos
como el mercado de energéticos he estudiado todos los textos disponibles en este ámbito
solo necesitaba encontrar la ubicación precisa para llevarla a cabo, ubicación que encontré
y compre para ese efecto, ya una vez con el proyecto andando mi intensión era llevarlo al
siguiente nivel creando automóviles que utilizaran oxigeno comprimido como combustible
y celdas de hidrogeno instalando estaciones de reabastecimiento capaces de producir el
combustible en las mismas generando en ambos casos como materia residual oxigeno y por
ende crear una comunidad autosustentable sin dependencia alguna del gobierno por lo que
para la producción eléctrica adquirí turbinas eólicas que en conjunto con una hidroponía
avanzada además de crear oxigeno diseñe un esquema de recuperación de agua pluvial que
al pasar por los canales de cultivo y un filtro de carbón activado generaría agua pura para
consumo humano evitando así el uso de fertilizantes para los cultivos y teniendo un
producto final de pureza incomparable tanto para la industria de alimentos como para la
industria energética, el llevar a cabo la realización de este proyecto me ha conducido a
mí y a mi familia a vivir la peor de las pesadillas que cualquier persona pueda
experimentar y esto es ser víctima del Crimen Organizado o delincuentes comunes y
ser víctima del Crimen Organizado controlado por el Gobierno que rige al país lo cual
me ha conducido a una situación desesperada y razón por la que me encuentro en
estos momentos solicitando respetuosamente asilo a sus honorables países.

En el Año 2002 inicie una empresa llamada Wall St. International Consulting S.A. de C.V.,
esta empresa se dedicaba a brindar análisis y estrategias en los mercados bursátiles
mundiales, incluyendo el de futuros y de divisas la empresa fue un éxito total a grado tal
que empezamos una expansión agresiva en el año 2004 poniendo sucursales en Cancún,
Guadalajara y Monterrey siendo en ese tiempo la única empresa que podía colocar en los
mercados internacionales inversiones, razón que me motivo a tomar un crecimiento más
agresivo en el año 2005 decidí constituir en Inglaterra Wall St. International Ltd. Y bajo las
leyes del Estado de Nueva York Wall St. International Corporation, mientras en México
decidí expandir la empresa en Wall St. International Accounting A.C. , Wall St.
International Legal Services A.C. y Family Fundation A.C. la ultima siendo una fundación
conformada por misioneros cristianos de diferentes naciones casi en su totalidad extranjeros
empezaron ayudar en orfanatos y comunidades de bajos recursos llevando alimento y ropa
así como tratando de conseguir donativos de juguetes para los niños de los orfanatos
llegamos a colaborar con otras fundaciones importantes como la de la Sra. Lolita Ayala
llamada solo por ayudar entre otras al tratar de conseguir la autorización para poder deducir
los donativos esta nos fue negada siendo una lástima porque habíamos logrado con
misioneros que se encontraban en Japón que enviaran dos contenedores con donativos y
ayuda mismos que se perdieron ya que estos fueron enviados como donativo llegando al
puerto de Manzanillo mismos que se perdieron quedando en manos del gobierno por no
estar autorizados para recibir donativos, situación que no nos detuvo ya que se constituyo
en estados unidos The Family Care Fundation .org y desde ahí empezamos a canalizar
recursos para que la labor misionera que se lleva a cabo en todos los estados de este país no
se detuviera Fue en finales del año de 2005 que reformaron la ley y por ende empresas
como la mía ya no podían llevar a cabo sus actividades ya que según esta reforma sería
ilegal y un delito Ley que acate dejando sin empleo a las 750 personas que laboraban en
mis empresas al cierre de estas ya que aunque se había iniciado la operación en países como
Inglaterra y Estados Unidos no teníamos la infraestructura lista para concretar la captación
de clientes y subsistir como empresa por lo que se re direccionaron a los clientes que así lo
quisieron al Deutche Bank, Comerzbank en Alemania y al JP Morgan Chase Bank en
Nueva York ese fue el fin de este sueño, aunque nunca deje de analizar los mercados
bursátiles haciendo inversiones personales en ellos fue la subida del petróleo la que me
llevo a acumular un buen capital para iniciar algo nuevo, después de la quiebra de Leheman
Brothers supe que se vendría una crisis financiera catastrófica similar a la caída del año de
1929 temiendo lo peor fue que me enfoque en realizar estudios en lo que respecta la
industria alimenticia y energética percatándome de la subida de precios que esto conllevaría
fui alentado a invertir en Brasil así que empecé la venta de propiedades que tenia con la
finalidad de recaudar el dinero suficiente para iniciar este negocio pero con la devaluación
del peso contra el dólar y toda vez que esta no afecto al real brasileño los precios
inmobiliarios casi duplicaron su valor en Brasil lo cual dificultaba aun más el llevar a cabo
este negocio aun así podía hacerlo pero la constante en mi mente era si sería razonable el
riesgo que implicaría iniciar un negocio cuando no conozco el idioma portugués y aunque
asimilo con rapidez los idiomas extranjeros pense en avocarme a la búsqueda de un lugar
en este país después de todo era mi patria y aunque esta misma me cerro las puertas de mi
negocios previos pensé que en la industria agrícola sería diferente ya que el país se
encuentra muy rezagado en esta área y esa fue la peor decisión que he tomado en mi
vida y no solo me he puesto en riesgo a mi persona sino a mi esposa e hijo también, y
situación por la que me dirijo a ustedes honorables cónsules, creí prudente contar
como antecedentes de donde vengo y que actividades realizaba y la áreas de
experiencia con las que cuento y si algo aprendí en finanzas es que siempre se llega a
un momento de mejor cortar las perdidas y seguir adelante y que es precisamente lo
que quiero en un país que respete sus leyes y respete a sus inversionistas.

vendida por el Gobierno a este individuo y por más de una década fue la única
compañía telefónica en México siendo México el primer lugar entre los servicios más
caros del mundo pero en realidad eso no me importa al contrario siempre he sido
entusiasta y en verdad creo que la pobreza es un estado mental ya que si se crea un
análisis y se enfoca los resultados de los estudios de Mercado se encuentra la brecha
que permite generar bienestar no solo propio sino para una comunidad por eso me
avoque a realizar estudios tanto en material climática a largo plazo y que regiones se
verían más afectadas por los cambios climáticos llevándome a la conclusión que el
futuro está en el agua preservarla y reutilizara eficientemente de ahí de iniciar mi
proyecto de hidroponía al encontrar el lugar ideal con abundantes Fuentes de
recursos acuíferos de gran pureza me tope con el primer obstáculo ya que todas esas
tierras eran ejidales y se regían por una comunidad sin importar ello y haciendo todo
conforme a la ley compre las hectáreas suficientes para llevar a cabo la creación de un
proyecto eficaz en la producción agrícola a través de la hidroponía generación de
energía a través de turbinas de viento y como ayuda a la comunidad compre un
camión de bomberos porque en muchas ocasiones se iniciaban incendios forestales lo
que me motivo a colaborar con ellos en este aspecto ayudando a construir un
consultorio médico utilizando doctores que quisiesen hacer su servicio social el
problema es que toda esa tecnología es inexistente en este país pero como siempre eso
no me detuvo empecé a comprar tanto maquinaria así como tracto camiones para
transportarla conforme el proyecto fuera creciendo estos serian destinados para la
transportación del producto final a los centros de comercio nacionales y en beneficio
de esta comunidad ya que si bien no cuento con el capital para poder pagar todos los
servicios mi oferta se basaba más en la ayuda mutua tu me ayudas hoy yo te ayudo
mañana ser como una comunidad independiente pese al que el proyecto se veía como
una labor gigantesca decidí llevarlo a cabo realizando las compras de la maquinaria
que se requeriría primero para hacer los caminos y preparar el terreno para su
limpieza y posterior inicio de cultivos una vez que termine de realizar las compras
busque una agencia aduanal en base a la experiencia aprendida con los contenedores
de ayuda del Japón que acabaron en manos del gobierno primero contacte a la
empresa Transportación Marítima Mexicana, pero desafortunadamente estos no
realizaban trámites aduanales para la importación de todos los productos así que
haciendo una búsqueda en internet me encontré con una empresa de nombre RTN
Logísticas cabe destacar que cuando me comunique vía telefónica con esta empresa
estos me aseguraron que podían importar toda clase de artículos lo que no sabía hasta
que me traslade hacia la ciudad de Nuevo Laredo es que esta empresa en realidad era
una persona y su familia la que lo conformaban después de sufrir seis meses de espera
y al pagar las cotizaciones que esta persona realizo por los artículos comprados
resulto que cada tracto camión tendría que pagar la cantidad de 6000 USD de tres que
compre por la maquinaria fueron como unos 40000USD en impuestos y por las
plataformas 20000USD al percatarme que probablemente estaba siendo víctima de
un fraude decidí enviar a un abogado a la ciudad de Laredo Texas para que se
entrevistara con los dueños de la bodega donde fueron enviadas todas estas articulo
fue que después de esto esta persona importo la maquinaria pero me dijo que la única
forma de importar los tracto camiones seria en partes y volver armarlos en México al
ver que no tenia opción tuve que realizar este gasto que me costó alrededor de 30000
USD bueno ya solo quería terminar el infierno que estaba viviendo allá por lo que
contrate a otro agente aduanal para que realizara la importación del camión de
bomberos y un autobús al ver que en 3 días logro la importación del camión de
bomberos decidí darle el resto de las cosas que faltaban por importar entre estas un
camión de pasajeros que sería destinado a la transportación de la comunidad que se
encuentra cerca del terreno del proyecto a la ciudad para que compraran provisiones
y la maquinaria para iniciar el proyecto a la brevedad cuando la mayor parte de la
mercancía se encontraba del lado mexicano me sentí aliviado ya que había tenido que
pelearme con estas personas para que lo realizaran durante seis mese que tuve que
pagar hotel pero lo que me reconfortaba es parecía que finalmente había una luz al
final del túnel aun faltaban cosas por importarse pero me dije hay que empezar a
sacar las cosas de aquí compre tres tracto camiones pero necesitaba dos más para su
transportación por lo que utilice un empresa de transportes esto en fecha 20 de
diciembre del año 2009 por lo que me tuve que dirigir al estado de quintana roo donde
se encuentra el proyecto para recibir las cosas la empresa de transportes arribo el día
22 de diciembre con parte de la maquinaria y el camión de bomberos que era para la
comunidad del ejido para el día 24 de diciembre zarparon los otros tracto camiones
con el resto de la maquinaria pasando la documentación de importación en el puente
aduanal ubicado en la salida de la carretera de Nuevo Laredo ya en camino pasaron
por monterrey y al tomar el tramo de saltillo para tomar la carretera a la ciudad de
México es que se comunican por radio los choferes indicándome que habían sido
detenidos por patrullas de la policía federal de caminos estos se comunicaron por
radio conmigo exigiéndome la cantidad de 50,000 pesos mexicanos equivalentes a unos
5,000 USD por lo que me negué a tan absurda petición ya que todo contaba con su
debida documentación por lo que los remitieron al ministerio público federal ubicado
en la ciudad de saltillo y poniendo los tracto camiones así como la maquinaria en un
servicio de grúas privado llamado Grúas Saltillo lo que me pareció muy extraño fue
entonces que se comunico por radio el Ministerio Público Federal de nombre
Fernando Cervantes Aguilar pidiéndome la cantidad de 100,000 pesos como fianza y
que de no hacerlo consignaría a los choferes que contrate para la transportación de
estos artículos, a lo que le pregunte por qué razón se encontraban detenidos y este me
contesto que por la probable comisión del delito de uso de documentos falsos y
falsificación de documentos refiriéndose a los pedimentos de importación y me indico
que me decidiera pronto si quería arreglar las cosas y que pagando la fianza y la
multa pondría en libertad a mis choferes y a mi maquinaria a lo que accedí
transfiriendo la cantidad a uno de los familiares que viajaba junto con los choferes
para que pagara la fianza pero este se tardo en liberarlos 72 horas pese a que se había
pagado la fianza por lo que me comunique con el Ministerio Público Federal
preguntándole que había pasado este me respondió que lo que pague era solo la fianza
que respecto de la maquinaria y los camiones era otro asunto por lo que le solicite que
comprobara la autenticidad de los pedimentos a lo que este me sugirió que trajera una
copia certificada por la aduana para poder así liberar la mercancía por lo que me
comunique con los diversos agentes adúnales solicitándoles lo que se me requería
indicándome que como eran los originales los que tenían en esta procuraduría tenía
que recabar los números de pedimentos para poder tramitar su reposición pero que
este proceso podría llevar meses fue que me dirigí a la ciudad de saltillo y pese a que
dicho Ministerio Publico no quería darme acceso al expediente le explique que esto
era de lo más absurdo ya que había gastado un dineral en pago de impuestos y que lo
que estaban haciendo no era correcto así que le solicite consignara el asunto a la
autoridad judicial correspondiente pero este se negó aludiendo que los documentos se
encontraban en peritajes pero me dijo que al día siguiente me pasaría los números de
los pedimentos situación que realizo mandándome todos excepto el de los tracto
camiones a lo que le réferi que faltaban documentos este me indico que era lo único
que estaba y me enseño el reporte realizado por el policía federal de caminos donde no
contaba que dentro de los documentos se encontraran dichos pedimentos fue que me
traslade hacia la ciudad de Nuevo Laredo para solicitar la reposición de los
documentos fue que me indicaron que sería mejor y más rápido hacer un R2
corrección de valores y así acreditar que todo se encontraba legalmente importado ya
una vez con los documentos al volver a entrevistarme con el agente del ministerio
publico este me indico que los tracto camiones no se encontraban legalmente
importados ya que los números de serie eran de Canadá y Estados Unidos y que
tuviera cuidado porque en la puerta de estos tenían mi nombre y dirección y que
mandaría una orden de arresto a mi domicilio y que si quería el me echaba la mano
para que mi familia no sufriera las consecuencias ya que me detendrían por el delito
de contrabando agravado, razón por la que por fundado temor a la amenaza que este
me realizo decidí mudarme de mi domicilio y rentar un departamento en lo que se
esclareciera las cosas después se volvió a contactar dicho agente y me dijo que me
echaría la mano y que conocía un abogado que tenia influencias en la aduana a
manera de recuperar los pedimentos extraviados pero que tendría un costo de 100,000
pesos al no tener más alternativas accedí a contratar a dicho abogado de nombre
Alfredo Duran el cual me solicito el dinero para pagar los tramites al Lic. Cervantes
Aguilar por lo que de nueva cuenta y con la finalidad de terminar esta pesadilla
transferí dicha cantidad me dijeron que solo sería cuestión de tiempo pero el tiempo
pasaba y nada así que decidí ir a Nuevo Laredo y hablar con el agente aduanal que
realizo la importación este a su vez me presento a un abogado que fue a mi hotel el
Camino Real en donde me hospedaba y me indico que él podría ayudarme
acompañado de varios sujetos en camionetas de lujo este me ofreció que la solución
más rápida seria robárselos del depósito donde se encontraban y que tendrían
pactado con la policía federal el poder regresarlos a nuevo Laredo con un costo de
9000 USD por cada tracto camión y tratar de recuperar mi dinero vendiéndolos en
estados unido a lo que me negué fue entonces que esta persona me indico que con ellos
no se juega y que eran los zetas y que si me negaba tendría que pagarles la cantidad
de 6000 USD para cancelar la ayuda a lo que le replique que yo para empezar no
quería esa clase de ayuda y que en ningún momento autorice que se hiciera algo fue
que estos me subieron en sus camionetas y lo único que podía pensar es que este era el
fin van a matarme así como así fue que les dije que estaba bien pero que para
conseguir esa cantidad tendría que ir a un sucursal bancaria cosa que realice al día
siguiente y ese mismo día después de esa experiencia agarre el primer vuelo disponible
a la ciudad de México faltaba un camión junto con las turbinas de viento para
transportarse así que solicite ayuda de la empresa que transporto la maquinaria con
éxito comentándoles todo lo que había sucedido estos me dijeron que les hubiera
preguntado desde un principio ya que para transportar mercancía hay que pactar con
la policía federal de caminos y se tiene que ir pagando una cuota por cada vez que se
les detenía pero para reducir la cuota tenía que ser pactada la transportación antes de
realizarla razón por la que me explico el alto precio de la transportación porque no
solo era pagar las cuotas de la carretera y el diesel también pagar un promedio de
3000 a 10000 a los federales por inspección no podía creer que siego había estado en
toda mi vida fue en ese momento que entendí porque todos se matan contra todos en
el norte porque la pelea es entre el crimen organizado por parte del gobierno y el
crimen organizado o delincuentes comunes fu que hace aproximadamente en el mes
de abril se volvió a comunicar el Agente del Ministerio Público Federal Fernando
Cervantes Aguilar indicándome que tenía buenas noticias que ya estaba preparando
la liberación de los vehículos y la maquinaria pero que tenía que pagar el costo de
almacenaje que era de 45,000 pesos por cada tracto camión y una multa de 25,000
pesos por lo que me pidió le transfiriera al licenciado duran el dinero y que para que
yo no tuviera problemas el me solicito que contactara a la empresa comercializadora
para que pusiera las facturas a nombre de otras personas y mi nombre ya no estuviera
implicado finalmente pensé que este era el fin de la pesadilla así que pague lo que se
me solicito pero al mandar a los choferes para que recogieran los camiones el
Ministerio publico les indico que faltaba una cosa que por la ayuda que había
proporcionado se tendría que pagarle la cantidad de 100,000 pesos situación que ya no
me agrado nada y le comente todo el dinero que había ya gastado y que era por demás
injusto lo que se me solicitaba sentía como si fuese una víctima de secuestro ya que
este individuo para bien o para mal sabia mis datos personales pero en mi situación
que mas podía hacer le pedí que por favor se apiadara que no era una persona
adinerada y que me estaban dejando en la bancarrota me dijo que lo mínimo serian
50,000 a que me atuviese a las consecuencias ya que giraría ordenes de aprensión en
mi contra así que accedí hace tres semanas que este señor no contesta su radio y
parece que lo cambio porque simplemente marca fuera de servicio la semana pasada
después de nueve meses de extorciones a uno de los choferes les llego una acta de
notificación emitida por un juez de distrito ahora este señor cuyo único delito fue el
solicitar empleo como chofer enfrenta una acusación criminal ahora entiendo el señor
presidente considera como delincuencia organizada a todos y cada unos de las
personas que trataron de creer en este país es verdaderamente lamentable sabrá dios
a cuantas personas los agentes del gobierno se dedican a despojar de su patrimonio y
una vez que se han asegurado el robo como premio extra encima se les acusa de
criminales bueno yo soy una persona de principios jamás pensé que la situación
estuviese tan mal en mi vida había tenido una experiencia como esta no me imagino
como reaccionaria alguien que lo dejen sin nada y esta es la lógica de lo que pasa en
México cuando el gobierno deja a la gente sin nada está al no tener ya nada que
perder pues buscan justicia tristemente los que se suponen deben otorgarla es como
un mercado la justicia se vende y si no cuentas con los recursos de ser un persona
honesta pasas a ser un vil delincuente ante las corruptas instituciones que tienen al
país secuestrado irónicamente la viajar por diferentes estados de la república hay un
mal generalizado porque la gente se cuida mas de los policías ya que son estos los
verdaderos delincuentes y al mismo tiempo se tiene que cuidar de los delincuentes
comunes irónicamente muchas de las balaceras es entre policías estatales y policías
federales en México no hay ley porque los que se supone deben resguardarla son los
primeros en quebrantarla las cosas están muy tensas la gente esta enfurecida y si lo
que me hacen a mi lo multiplicamos por los miles que también están siendo víctimas
lamento decirlo pero este país está al borde de un guerra civil la bomba de tiempo y
las condiciones están dadas la pregunta ahora no es si pasara sino mas bien cuando
pasara por el deterioro social que actualmente hay en el país señores es tiempo de
cortar las perdidas y empezar de nuevo lamento con tristeza lo que le sucede a nuestro
país pero también tengo que pensar en mi familia y no quiero que mi hijo viva en un
país que se está volviendo una prisión donde el pueblo es oprimido por las fuerzas
armadas que por cierto tengo bastantes amistades tanto en el ejercito como en la
marina y puedo ver en ellos también la desesperanza y decepción lo que alimenta mas
mis análisis de que solo es cuestión de tiempo y creo que no falta mucho para que se
llegue a esto ahora voy a poner a la venta todas mis propiedades toda esta experiencia
me ha generado un perdida estimada de 7,000,000 o casi 650,000 USD de la venta de
las propiedades que tengo tal vez pueda juntar con suerte unos 10,000,000 de pesos o
su equivalente a 800,000 USD e iniciar de nuevo por lo que no solicito ayuda
económica, solo pido a ustedes honorables cónsules que estudien mi caso y se me dé la
oportunidad de recibir asilo e inclusive poder aplicar por una ciudadanía en sus
respectivos países y más aun demostrar lo que una persona con ideas y conocimientos
es capaz de realizar ser un ejemplo para la sociedad por su amable atención gracias
espero su pronta y atenta respuesta actualmente no estoy acusado de ningún delito y
lo único que puedo hacer es enviar a uno de mis abogados a que defiendan a estos
choferes de una tremenda injusticia porque éticamente y moralmente me siento
comprometido con ellos siendo todo lo que puedo hacer al respecto tratare de pasar
mi experiencia a colegas empresarios que cuenten con el capital a efecto de prevenirles
del peligro y si están en posición de poder realizar inversiones en un país que proteja a
sus ciudadanos lo hagan solo lamento la suerte de mi pueblo a los que
desgraciadamente no cuentan con los recursos y tendrán que pasar por esta pesadilla.
