There is an Old English
form of this verb,
“wone.” Regrettably, I
found no examples of it it
literature.
I did, however, find the
radio station WONE, which
plays classic rock in the
Akron area. Old, classic;
sort of a connection…..

All you need to know here is
that when you use the Dative
case, you need to add “-n” to
most plural nouns:
