En fait c'est un stage de 4 mois pour former aux produits « ptc » (http://www.ptc.com/) puis les
personnes vont travailler chez les clients utilisateurs de ces produits.
Il y aura 2 postes à pourvoir en Italie et cette période d'essai est pour "former" la personne, si la
formation se passe bien le contrat continuera en Italie. Ils sont rémunérés dès le début de la
formation.
Il faut vraiment bien parler l'anglais (et accepter de passer 4 mois près de Munich :))
Je n'en sais malheureusement pas plus car on n'a pas l'habitude en France des « graduate
programmes »
J'en ai vu dans les pays anglo-saxons et scandinaves : des branches professionnelles ou grands
groupes recrutent des jeunes diplômés, les formentpour les placer chez leur clients donc en général
tu as l'emploi pour lequel tu te formes et tu reçois déjà un salaire pendant ce temps.
